Fitting Your New Wet Room Shower Screen

 

When designing your new wet room, it’s a must that your walls and floors are fully sealed to prevent any water damage. Your new wet room screen can then be fitted directly on top of your bathroom floor without the need for a shower tray. Most are supplied with necessary fittings making them easy to install. The glass slots into a shower profile, meaning no drilling directly into the glass is necessary. 

 

You may also consider wet room support feet as well as a support bar which slots into the top of the glass and is then mounted to the wall or ceiling. Each product will specify what is included when purchasing. 

 

For all wet room shower screens, we recommend a minimum access gap of 500mm-600mm between the screen and wall. This allows comfortable entry in and out of your wet room enclosure.
